I bring over 23 years of insurance experience, starting my career with State Farm right out of college working alongside my uncle, a 45-year retired State Farm agent. That foundation helped shape my passion for the business and commitment to building strong relationships with both customers and team members.

I’m married with two children and two dogs, and family and community are both very important to me. We stay highly involved locally, supporting organizations like the Starfish Project, Shawnee 1929 Museum, Downtown Shawnee Board, De Soto Days, and several local schools.

As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Mitzi Ryburn - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Mitzi Ryburn - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
Compensation: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
