ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I bring over 23 years of insurance experience, starting my career with State Farm right out of college working alongside my uncle, a 45-year retired State Farm agent. That foundation helped shape my passion for the business and commitment to building strong relationships with both customers and team members.

I’m married with two children and two dogs, and family and community are both very important to me. We stay highly involved locally, supporting organizations like the Starfish Project, Shawnee 1929 Museum, Downtown Shawnee Board, De Soto Days, and several local schools.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Mitzi Ryburn - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
